My 1 Month Training Reflection

Hello everyone I hope everyone is well and happy late 2018. I just want to discuss my training during this past month. I made goal for my self for this year to build some muscle and get better at my TKD skills. I've been doing body weight exercise  as well as weight training and practicing balance drills and the basic kicks of TKD. I don't see much much change the during the past month but I know I'm staying pretty consistent with my training. I also have been eating more salad during my training. Anyways guys that my whole reflection during my training this month. I will continue on with training and hope that your training is going well with you as well
